Ingredients
- 2 oz white grape juice
- ½ oz elderflower cordial
- ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water or non-alcoholic prosecco
- Fresh thyme or edible flower
Instructions
- Stir grape juice, elderflower, and lemon in a flute.
- Top with sparkling water and swirl gently.
- Garnish and serve chilled.
