PREGAME

PREGAME is crafted to prime your body’s natural defenses to PREVENT the unpleasant feelings associated with drinking so you can feel better the next day. For best results, follow these guidelines:

Proactive Approach: Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before your first drink, followed by another 2 capsules with your last drink.

While Drinking: Alternatively, you can consume 4 capsules (1 packet) any time from after your first drink to 30 minutes after your last drink

Heavy Consumption: If your night involves consuming more than 5 drinks, you might find additional relief by taking an extra packet of PREGAME with your last drink to further bolster your body’s defenses.

HYDRATION

HYDRATION is formulated with essential electrolytes, vitamins and minerals to help you RECOVER after physical activities (e.g., dancing) that cause sweat loss. Its ingredients are specifically chosen to replenish vital nutrients that are commonly depleted due to drinking and partying.

Timing: Take HYDRATION immediately following activities that induce sweat and fluid loss, such as partying or intense physical exercise.
