Money-Back Guarantee: We offer every customer a full refund on their first order of up to 1 unit each of Capsulyte PREGAME and/or HYDRATION if you are not satisfied with the product. This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. When requesting a refund, only the cost of the first unit(s) purchased will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs or additional units are not eligible for a refund. Repeat or recurring customers are not eligible for refunds under this money-back guarantee policy.

Damaged, Broken, or Missing Products: In the event that you receive damaged product(s), please email us at help@capsulyte.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace any damaged items. Additionally, if your shipment is lost, please immediately email us and we will promptly replace any lost items. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, if you find yourself dissatisfied after using a Capsulyte product or have a complaint, please reach out to us via email at help@capsulyte.com or the form on the Contact Us page within the 30-day refund window and include your order number.

Scope of the Warranty: It's important to note that this warranty does not make any claims about our products' efficacy. Instead, it assures you that you can receive your money back if you are not satisfied with the products you ordered.
