A blush-toned twist on tradition—elegant, bright, and subtly fruity.

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • ½ oz Chambord (or raspberry liqueur)
  • 4 oz chilled brut Champagne
  • Edible rose petal or orange twist

Instructions

  • Drop the sugar cube into a flute and soak with bitters.
  • Add Chambord.
  • Slowly top with Champagne.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
