Midnight Mule

Spooky-chic mule with dramatic color and a light, gingery finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka (or silver tequila)
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 4 oz sugar-free ginger beer or ginger seltzer
• 1/8 tsp food-grade activated charcoal powder
• Optional: 1/4 oz monk fruit or honey syrup
• Mint & blackberry skewer, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a shaker, combine vodka, lime, charcoal, and optional sweetener; shake lightly to disperse.
2. Pour over ice in a mug or rocks glass; top with ginger beverage and stir gently.
3. Garnish with mint and berries (skeleton stirrer optional!).

Tip: Use minimal charcoal—just enough for color—so the texture stays silky.
