
Ginger-Lime Spark
A crisp, lighter take on a mule—bright lime, real ginger, and minimal sweetness.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz honey or monk fruit syrup
- 4–5 oz sugar-free ginger beer or ginger seltzer
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Build in a mug or highball over ice: vodka, lime, sweetener.
- Top with ginger beverage; stir gently. Garnish with mint.
