
Blueberry-Electro Lemonade
Antioxidant pop with a pinch of minerals.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries (muddled; strain if you prefer clear)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt (or a few drops electrolyte concentrate), to taste
- 5 oz cold still or sparkling water
Instructions
- Muddle berries; add lemon and a small pinch of salt; fill with ice.
- Top with water; stir and adjust salt to a gentle, balanced level.
Why it’s better: Berries add antioxidants; light electrolytes help replenish.
